Most recently, they became a pioneering adopter of our new agentic AI, Epicor Prism. Although they have only been using Prism for a short time, they are already projecting savings of at least three to four hours per week in their IT department by reducing the number of repetitive questions that staff members need to spend time answering. In addition, they hope to save their estimators three hours per week by automating the analysis of architectural drawings and specification sheets.
